Clear Aligners

A fast, cost effective, comfortable and invisible way of aligning teeth.

• Suitable for mild to moderate cases
• Impressions taken after each stage, giving the clinician total control of the course of treatment.

At each stage pre-treatment tooth positions are digitally recorded. The tooth or teeth requiring alignment are moved a maximum of .5mm, alignments are checked by specially developed software before the aligners are made. At each stage 2-3 aligners are made:

• The first - thin and flexible to start movement off but at the same time being gentle enough for the patient to feel little discomfort
• The second aligner - slightly stronger, more rigid to exert more pressure on the already mobile teeth
• The third aligner - completes that stage of movement, this can be worn as a retainer while the new impressions are taken and the next aligners are made.
